At Robert Carter Property Managent Ltd we believe that to ensure the smooth running of your development we need to have effective and regular communication and correspondence with homeowners and landlords, regarding the management of their development as well as responding to any queries.

We use a variety of forums to communicate with and get to know our clients, whether this be telephone conversations, email, letters, reviewing and updating the communal noticeboard or face to face meetings with directors. This is to ensure our clients are up to date with important information concerning their development and the management process.

Property & Block Management Company - Zoom Meeting

At Robert Carter we understand that the Board of Directors are at the core of the development, we therefore endeavour to build positive and effective relationships to ensure all the developments are managed to a high standard. We will arrange Directors meetings, recording all meeting minutes which will then be circulated to the board of directors following the meetings end. We will then ensure to action any matters arising where appropriate, in a timely manner. We ensure a flexible approach to arranging meetings.

In addition to the meetings held with Directors we will also hold and chair an Annual General Meeting. An Annual General Meeting will allow us to share with Directors and homeowners, the works completed throughout the year and create a forum for our clients to discuss the plans for the year ahead and to open the floor to explore any questions regarding the development. Following this we will formulate detailed minutes and circulate them after the meeting.

Property & Block Management Company - On Call

It is important for us to have regular contact with our clients to inform them of any issues, changes or requests, such as their co-operation in reporting any concerns or problems they may find relating to the development, keeping communal areas tidy etc.
